The Site

Mandharini - Phase 1

Phase 1 is built on part of the 150 acre Mandharini site. It consists of 22 fully completed villas, the Sands beach bar and restaurant and supporting infrastructure. Phase 1 is fully completed and operational as a boutique resort. 

In phase 1 there are 7 homes remaining varying between 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom Villas with a variety of golf or creek views.
